Day 6 - 1st Week Over

After an Asian Chicken Salad in Stoops, a packet of maltesers watching Ghosts of Girlfriends Past in Balbriggan cinema (blame the wife!!) and finishing off the chocolates the babysitter left behind, I think the old nutrition needs a bit of sorting. Oh forgot to mention the Battered Calamari for starters. But I did have 2 diet cokes!!
Anyway didn't do what I had planned. However got out for an hour on the bike. Averaged 29.7km with avg Hr of 144. Happy to go at that speed as very windy even though it was a nice day in North Dublin.
Happy with week. Did almost 9 hours in 5 days.
Main aims for next week is to build better consistency, start the long runs, get 6 bikes in and improve nutrition.
