Only 20 weeks to go. Time to start focusing on structure and building consistency in each sport. Sometimes I find when I am going well in a particular discipline I want to do more of that rather than focus on all three. Something to work on.
Work and life meant couldn't get a really long session in any discipline today. Did 40 mins easy run at lunchtime with no HR monitor. Just ran from office to Sandymount and back. Very easy and felt comfortable.
In the evening time I got out on bike for 50 mins, as kids were being put to sleep. Did the Skerries triathlon route and a bit more. Very easy with avg HR of 123 and avg speed of 25kmph. Just span and got in before heavy rain came down.
