Swam in Belvedere again this morning. Normal masters session. Distance covered amounted to 2,150m. On both swim days this week I marginally increased the distance compared to previous week, so a small achievement. Probably need 3 swims a week to get back into the groove in this discipline, but as previously stated it is not a priority at moment.
My wife had friends over, so took advantage to play two consecutive games of indoor football. First game was a good quality game but second game was only 3 a side and really worked hard.
Total training time: 2hrs 50mins - although 1hr 55mins relates to football, so not triathlon specific training.
